On the weekend of April 12th, 2019 the community joined hands with us for a pop-up art show dedicated to ocean conservation and community activism. It was a weekend full of creativity, community activism, and ocean conservation. Local artists from all over Monmouth County, NJ showcased their up-cycled and ocean-themed artwork in efforts to shine light on the plastic pollution epidemic our oceans face.
HUGE wave of appreciation to the Atlantic Highlands Arts Council and the local artists that made this event possible! We also want to thank The Navesink Fishery for donating delish shrimp cocktail and Off the Hook Restaurant for donating glasses to keep the event completely plastic free.
