On a misty fall morning in early November in Sea Bright NJ, yogis and ocean enthusiasts joined hands with us for our very FIRST beach clean-up! A fun twist to the average beach sweep as the day was filled with lots of trash, good vibes, and hot cocoa and cider in BYO mugs! Before the sweep, local yogis Christa Russo and our very own Rita Hjelm lead an open level yoga flow to get attendees grounded and inspired for the rest of the morning.
